Hi All, I have just submitted my visa application for an East Africa Tourist Visa using the ecitizen site. The money was taken and I have a reference number (which was displayed on the screen at the end of the application process) but I have not received an email with that reference number on it or any other email.
Try a different browser Marta, I have found the system does odd things quite often after several electronic visa applications. Make sure passport pics are the stated size as this has thrown things out before.

I have been going round and round the Kenya gov and ecitizen websites for days. On the Gov site I click the button to apply for a visa which makes me log into an ecitizen account where is says there are 0 services available. I need an East Africa visa as I am going into Kenya, then Uganda, then back to Kenya.
