Its a scam & there is absolutely no way to contact them. They list numbers that constantly ring busy & their online "chat" is always offline, never working. Even contacting them by email doesn't work because the only way they allow you send an email to them is by providing them with a UK mobile number.
I should also mention that the Lebara phone service doesn't actually work properly-- 3/4 of the calls I try to make to the US from the NL say they can't be connected when I'm using the Lebara SIM, but when I use a KPN SIM the calls go through just fine. Warning to all, DON'T USE LEBARA. And can anyone tell me how to break this contract?
