Using credit card from US. 1 year ago. I am in the US, attempting to use my US bank’s VISA credit card to pay my travel agency which is in Argentina. The form the company sent me requires the usual credit card account number, expiration date, etc. It also requires the “DNI del titular”, explained as “Titular de la tarjeta”.

I did hear from another friend in Buenos Aires - and he recommended just sending US Amazon.com gift cards (electronically) via email - so I'm going to do that.
