There is a company called Airport Van Rental that looks like they have a location at Houston Bush Airport, so you might want to try them, although most rental companies will have one or two 12 passenger vans.

   Hello, I will need a large passenger van for 10 people next month, February 17-24. We are staying in Playa del Carmen and flying into Cancun Airport. I see a lot of smaller, poorly reviewed rental companies offering vans for relatively cheap rates, but the reviews for these companies are very poor and with a large group I would like to avoid any long waits or frustrating experiences.
