BUT i see all of these companies get really bad reviews on Trip Advisor for this location.

Been doing it for years. This is how it works: 1. When you reserve your car, enter 10pm as your pick-up time. 2. Enter your exact flight number. #2 is the most important! The staff at the majors’ pick-up counters track the arrival time of your flight, and will remain open waiting for their customers on that flight.

5 years ago. Prices are within $22 for the rental fee I'm just wondering which of the 3 listed rental car companies has the best reputation in Kona? I have read stories about Maui Budget having some major issues with "running short" of cars. We are going next Christmas. Thanks for your advice!
