No bare shoulders - sleeves should be at least half way between shoulder and elbow. No bare midriffs, no low necklines. For men - slacks that cover the knees - and at least short sleeves.

    4 years ago. For the Western Wall - men should wear long pants -- you can often get away with shorts that are below the knee. You need short sleeves and a kipa or other head covering. For women pants or a skirt or dress that reaches the knees, short sleeves, no bare midriffs, no low necklines. Basically common sense.
