When I got there, they said to choose out of a row of cars. Dollar and Thrifty are very similar, so I would like to think that you will be given a similar option.
May 26, 2024, 4:20 AM. I had a horrible experience, I was charged $100 more than prepaid rental. I was told it was my fault for taking an upgrade. I did not take an upgrade, the car was as described on the reso. Thrifty customer service did nothing to help, just blamed me. Never rent w them. Reply.
