The Hilton shuttle runes about every 20 minutes. It is important to note that you pick it up on the Departures Level which is up one flight from the Baggage Claim Level. Take the escalator or the elevator. There are many combined shuttles serving MIA, but you are looking for the Airport Hilton Shuttle.

Then when you are outside the Arrivals terminal, you notify your Uber driver the number of the door where you are waiting.
