    You can stop in at nearly any Tesco store and pick up a card. Top Up €15 and you can allocate some of that top up to data. I use Vodafone in the UK but not in Ireland. There is so much aggregation among providers going on that maps showing coverage aren't all that accurate. Report inappropriate content.

There is a vodafone store in the Dublin airport, it's in the arrivals hall, near the car rental desks (to the left when facing the exit, where car rental desks are on your right.) The SIM card package started at 10EUR to get a SIM card and 5EUR airtime.
