Lufthansa details are there, a postal address in the UK and a phone number abroad. The phone number is a no go and what is the odds of getting a response from a letter. I've been sending regular emails to the customer relations and refunds email addresses that I have. I've had a refund confirmation from them today for the other ticket but it is only for c£250 rather than the c£1200 cost of the ticket (we had treated ourselves to business class on one leg).

We have filed a significant delayed luggage claim with Lufthansa and are trying to get a status. Our luggage did not arrive during our entire 12-day trip in Portugal. We are home and reunited with our luggage, but for over 5 weeks, no Lufthansa person has spoken to us about thé status of thé luggage or claim.
