ONLY a rental company can log you as a "no show" as the agent has no idea as to if you turned up or not. no rental company will hold a car for a day for you, and it is normal, as rental cars advised, to cancel your booking and re book. it has happened to me a few times, and the only downside is that you have to pay the live costs for the new booking. yes, they ...
Thrifty may not be my very favorite car rental company but I use them and their sister company, Dollar, all the time with no real issues. If they sent you a $50 voucher toward another rental and you used $11.50 of the $72.00 you spent sounds like if you were to use the voucher you would only be out about $10.
