I have contacted AirAsia with an e-form, thorugh twitter, and with their online chat. The only response I got was from online chat, where they said they couldn't help me online and they'd forward my issue on to the responsible department. I don't have access to international calling.

I should have left Bangkok at 18.10 with Thai air asia but my flight did not leave until 21.15. 3 hours late! During my 9 hour flight i was not offered any food or drink on my flight. I had taken shorter domestic flights previously with other airlines (1 hour flights) and they provided a drink and snack.
