No food or water provided on 9 hour flight and 3 hour flight delay! I was flying from Bangkok to Sydney on the 11/07/24. I should have left Bangkok at 18.10 with Thai air asia but my flight did not leave until 21.15. 3 hours late!

Worst customers service ever experienced on any airline. I had the unfortunate idea of choosing my seats and trying to pay this extra online. After seven transactions, all of them duly approved by my bank, and all of them rejected without explanation by AirAsia, I had to revert to chatting with Bo, AirAsia virtual assistant, the only form of support AirAsia makes available to its customers.
