    Treasure Bay has a late night breakfast $2.99. Also if you gamble a little at Treasure Bay and use your card at the kiosk they have a $5 off coupon for breakfast or lunch. It's a small but good buffet. All casino usually have a discount if you gamble a little to their restaurant.Check their kiosk out.

    I don't know what free coupon book you are referring to, but the "Fun Book" that Orleans hands out to its guests does NOT include a two for one coupon to the buffet. It has a coupon for a free bottle of wine with two paid dinner admissions. They have two for one coupons for showroom tickets and Rick Thomas show tickets.
