It seemed that the sign for the floors of the different rental car companies was on a curve partially obscured by foliage. Also, it looks like you're entering a parking garage because you have to take a ticket to enter the facility.
It's easy to follow the signs to the rental car returns. Just be SURE to get a signed copy of your contract showing the tank is full. We had a signed contract marked "ok" but with nothing specific marked to indicate the gas level. A month after returning home I received a charge on my credit card for 2 liters of gas plus a refueling fee.

I can'thelp with where to return the car or the key box but it is never advised to return any car out of hours. It will be much better to return it the night before, check the car for damages and take a taxi to the airport in the morning.
