Although about 3 months ago I had locked in a relatively good price for a Hertz rental. However, it was limited to only 30 days of use. But I eventually liked the car enough and wanted to keep it for the additional 3 weeks of our trip since the “extended” price per day was cheaper than getting a new rental, especially when there will be an addition airport processing fee for the next car.

2. Re: which is the best car rental company at the airport. 14 years ago. Enterprise by a mile. Hertz, Alamo, and Avis never seemed to care. Last time I rented from Hertz one of the workers blamed me for a mistake that was obviously theirs. Enterprise by comparison was a first class operation.
