Went to cancel the subscription in time but in the web it said I didn’t have a prime account so I left it. After 30 days they charged me 65€ for a years Prime.
It has now been over 30 days since I submitted the refund application and I have had no refund, no explanation as to why I am not entitled to a refund. The only compensation they have ever offered is a 20 euro voucher to use on their website with a 6 month expiry. This whole experience has left me scarred and sad at humanity.
