You need to make sure you have the person's name exactly as it appears on their government issue ID (whether a driver's license or a passport). That's very important these days.

Aubrav-. You should be able to check in online to obtain your 'security document'. This will show your 'group' A, B, or C, but not your numbered place in line. Also, don't confuse the SD with a boarding pass. You will need to exchange the SD for your boarding pass once you get to the SWA counter at the airport.
