Nice views of the ocean from here with limited dedication for Veterans. Free parking. Bathroms to use at one end with beach stairs to go down to the beach.

Collegedale Veterans Park. Apr 2017 • Friends. This a park dedicated to veterans of all branches of the services. Flags from all 50 states along with "stars and stripes" are flown 24/7. There is a tank, navy trainer plane, sculptures representing various military personnel as well as a Congressional Medal of Honor recipient who lived in the area.
