For instance, if one is ringing mobile to mobile, chances are the numbers stored in the phone do not include the country code. So from UK, you'd have to ensure you were ringing +44 (0) if it was a mobile number from UK or +971 if it was a Dubai number ...

Just made a call to Jumeirah Call Centre to make a booking but unfortunately i think the call center is outside of the country and you can not understand what they are saying because there is delay in the voice and it feels like you are talking to a bank call centre which does not feel right for a hotel group that wants to be at the top of the a luxury.....
