What I don’t like about Hertz, they charge you each and every day of the rental, even if you never go through another toll. The max is $24 or so, but it’s just flat out wrong.

Exit the international custom area to the sidewalk, take a right and walk to the first cross walk, cross the street, look for the Rental Car pickup sign and wait at the curb for Hertz shuttle to come. It would be easier for you to take the Hertz shuttle than to walk from one end of the terminal to the other end.
