Even contacting them by email doesn't work because the only way they allow you send an email to them is by providing them with a UK mobile number.

AVOID Lebara like the plague!! SCAM! 1GB chewed up in 30 minutes. Switched to another carrier (starts with V) and same 1GB has lasted a week without problem and still going strong and without changing anything else on phone (except Lebara SCAM SIM card.)
