E-Ticket Question. Feb 5, 2024, 3:59 PM. I have printed out our e-ticket for our next trip to Dominican Republic and I noticed that at the bottom of the form (on both Entrance and Departure) my husbands last name is missing - just his first and middle name appear. However, my name is correct (as on my passport).
