Thanks bunnybleu, The latest information we have from Hertz suggests that moving the location (in advance) may incur an extra fee. At the moment if that extra fee is bringing the rental cost in line with the location, we're looking at the rental changing from under US$1200 to over US$6000.

Hertz provided link to online app supposedly to help with getting car charged. But, could not download/access due to EU data protection laws! You would think Hertz would know about this restriction for travelers from USA. Attempted to call Hertz customer service for assistance ….. not one phone number worked.

Answer 11 of 19: I sent Hertz at Denver International Airport an e-mail inquiry about a charge that was added to my bill upon my returning it. To date - 2+ weeks later - I have not yet gotten a reply.
