   Last month, I returned from a most memorable bucket list trip booked through Travel Best Bets. However, my pre-tour experience to book the trip with this travel agency was less than satisfactory. I was initially attracted by one of their many well advertised travel deals which prompted me to inquire further about a safari trip.

   We booked with Travel Best Bets, and were told by them, this hotel was nice. Not true! The photos of the hotel online are also misleading, this hotel is a 3-star maximum. The airport is confusing, stressful and the airport staff are deceptive. This was most definitely not welcoming. No assistance, complete ignorance. Shocking.
