However, if you join and use their loyalty program (which I highly recommend) you can skip the rental counters and go directly out the door, across the little road ...
33 helpful votes. 4. Re: Terminal C - Avis car collection. Aug 23, 2023, 12:12 PM. Rental cars are available at Terminal C. Terminal Link is about a 1/4 mile walk to the station. Shuttlebus is on level 1. Much less walking. Plus, not sure the train is running 100%. It wasn't running when I was there last week.

195 helpful votes. 1. Re: MCO Airport - Avis car pick up - Which Terminal garage? 10 years ago. Avis has two garage facilities -- one in the A side garage, and another in the B side garage, with corresponding service desks on each side of the terminal. They function together, so it is possible to rent on one side and return on the other side.
Beware of Avis' gasoline charges $10/gallon +tax if you do not return the car with a full tank. Unfortunately, the gas stations near the airport are in collusion with the car rental companies and charge $5/gallon (this is in March 2016 when the price of gas was less than $2/gallon in most of the US).

Join their Preferred Members club and skip the lines, go straight to the garage and your name and allocated car will be on the board, go straight to your car and off you go.
Answer 11 of 14: Landing domestic flight on American Airlines and have booked rental car with Avis. How far do we have to walk to the rental location after picking up our luggage?
