I have been a Lebara customer for more than 6 months now in the UK. I ordered a sim card from the Lebara UK website for my wife last week. On receiving the sim I tried to top-up the sim but it failed 3 times a total of £25 was charged to my card. I called customer care on 0870 075 5588 to discuss my issue.
10. Re: Struggling to find an eSIM plan. 1 year ago. Another way to overcome this is to use a 4G/5G mobile wifi hotspot which are available for around 25USD. You can share that with different devices. Dozens on sites like eBay, Amazon and so on. A downside is an extra box to carry and charge/power.
As noted, the international calls have to be to a landline. This is for calls to my 94 year young mum in Florida who does not have a cell phone nor computer. When doing research, some providers noted that international calls had to be to a cell, not a landline. I believe Lebara permits international calls to a landline.
