    Eldora is touted as quality skiing 21 miles from Boulder. While we enjoyed our trip, we found that it was very crowded, even right when opening at 9:00am. Try to stay out of the beginner trails if you can. There are so many children and true beginners that it can be unsafe to ski down anything less than a blue.
