Hello, My husband and I actually did buy a Costco package at the Hilton a few years ago that included all of the meals, beverages, tips and resort fees and we thought that it was a good deal. Since we always found the service very good at the Hilton I'd say 20% would be the norm there anyway and the resort fees at any of the resorts is surprising.
