The Tanoa is generally only used as a stopover hotel for flights into or out of Nadi airport - or for some business conferences. The rooms are basic but clean, tidy and comfortable. The staff (as in most of Fiji) are awesome, and the restaurant has some good dishes at reasonable prices.

Superb waterfront location with sensational sunsets…Welcome to the Tanoa Waterfront Hotel, Lautoka, Fiji - the preferred Fiji hotel accommodation for the business traveller, conference delegate and holiday maker. This is an excellent stopover point for connections to and from the Mamanuca and Yasawa islands.
We chose the Tanoa international hotel for our 14 days quarantine in Fiji. We were very happy with our choice. It is a peaceful place with very friendly helpful staff. We had a room in the 100 wing with balcony onto the garden. So we were surrounded by beautiful flowers, singing birds and plenty of sunshine each day!
