Expedia sold me a Fraud flight, what can I do? I have been contacting expedia for two weeks now and reexplaining this situation over and over again and it’s getting very frustrating and I feel like I need to escalate this situation elsewhere. On March 27, I booked two one way flights, NYC<—>Kingston 05/17 and Kingston<—>NYC 05/20.
Expedia never notified us of that. As such we had to book a new flight on a different airline at a much higher price. I have made 7 calls to Expedia talked to 7 customer service agents and 4 supervisors. I have been disconnected 3 times after waiting on line for up to 40 minutes. ON May 21, I was promised an answer within 24-48 hours.

Each case is typically very different. What you can confirm is that *something* has happened to your card that seems similar to a previous claim.

I sent this letter on 08-13-2007 to one of EXPEDIA’s CEO and later to their President and Senior vice president, customer operations. NO RESPONSE so far.
