Nyepi is a Hindu religious holiday and the date is known well in advance. However until the Indonesian government gazette it as a public holiday all airlines will continue to sells seats in and out of Bali on that day. It is far too early for ithe government to announce the 2018 public holidays and it usually happens closer to the end of the year.
