I live in Toronto Canada. I booked a small car on January 4, 2020, for a week (Jan 15-Jan 22) through CarFlexi. I paid the deposit and I supposed to pay the remaining $146 US to Avis Car Rental in Costa Rica. When I arrive at Avis, the person at the desk refused to charge me the balance of $146 based on my contract.

Recently hired a card from Avis India and what a nightmare of a service did they provide me. Firstly, they gave me a car different than the one on contract they got me.
