I rented a one way car from Hertz in Switzerland. The reservation included the one way fee as about $400. Their office confirmed the total would be the same as my Priceline reservation including the $400 one way fee. However a few days after I had returned the car, the bill showed the one way rental as $1900.

Answer 11 of 19: I sent Hertz at Denver International Airport an e-mail inquiry about a charge that was added to my bill upon my returning it. To date - 2+ weeks later - I have not yet gotten a reply.
