If insurance was included in your booking, then it should have been reflected on the booking - you should have had something to show that insurance was included.

Hertz 800 number is 1 (800) 654-4173 so you might want to see if they can direct you to someone who is not at the location you rented from. (I would not give it much hope but I would suggest trying to contact people outside of the location you rented from if possible).

Sadly they had many cars in the lot but they were considered upgrades and price gauging customers if they wanted a car. I had a full size reserved on a corporate account (business trip).

Hertz provided link to online app supposedly to help with getting car charged. But, could not download/access due to EU data protection laws! You would think Hertz would know about this restriction for travelers from USA. Attempted to call Hertz customer service for assistance ….. not one phone number worked.
