   I recently traveled from Newark to Seattle. I only received 800 award mile on MilagePlus statement, which is strange. On the statement it says L - Class, base mile 800, award mile 800, premier qualification mile 2401. As the traveling is 2401 mile and PQM also shows this number, I am wondering why United only gives 800 award mile.

   Ken, have you contacted United and/or Chase and pointed out to them that you are indeed a Premier Exec? The 25,000 miles is the first use bonus for non-elites (with other ways to get a max of 40k). When I looked at the Explorer card offer from my 1K account it offers me a total of 60,000 bonus miles, of which 50,000 are for first use.
