Pie town New Mexico, is an excellent find. Far out on state highway 60, this cafe has a nice breakfast and lunch. I had the stuffed waffles and I so enjoyed them, they were filling and delicious. The stuffed waffles came in two different flavors: sweet and savory. I had the savory that was stiffed with eggs, bacon and sausage.
Can you believe this little Cafe has not one, but TWO chefs? The food is made fresh every day by Chef Paul and Chef Ray and served by gracious, attentive local servers. The pies are made from original Gatherin Place recipes. I recommend the New Mexico apple pie--so good! Be sure to stop at the best eatery in Pie Town. You won't be disappointed.
