The Las Vegas Advisor continues to offer their Member Rewards Book; it offers some good values for primarily off- Strip properties..assuming you have access to inexpensive transportation to and from those properties/venues..and the intent to redeem enough of the coupons to justify the purchase cost ( it's $50 for the MRB coupon book).

Also there are great coupons for Ellis Island, Gold Coast, Orleans, Bills, Palms, Venetians (new sign ups), Slots of Fun, Circus Circus (I know this is the shittiest casino in Vegas), and Sahara. If you go downtown there are a few good coupons for that area as well.
