    Terrible American Airlines experience. Our flight to Dallas was delayed (eventually cancelled) so we missed connecting flight to honolulu. Rebooked us the next day ( I was on hold for 2 hrs to talk to someone—11pm-1am) which cost the 4 of us $350 for two hotel rooms addl night, and $400 for seat upgrades to get only remaining seats on connecting flight.
