There will be no additional charges unless. 1) You ask for additional services when picking up the car, such as changing insurance, asking for Serius Radio, upgrading to a different car type. 2) You may get billed if you use their fast pass on the car to use toll roads.

We rented from them last year and during the walk around in the dark garage we did not notice the plastic piece under the front bumper was cracked. The only way to see it would have been to be crawling on the ground.

I made a car reservation on the Orbitz website and selected AVIS as they charged far less for a one-way. Orbitz gave me their locator number as well as the AVIS reference number. Subsequently, I needed to adjust the dates.
3 years ago. Kirk, you did not rent a car from Priceline, you rented from a rental company and had Priceline book it. That means you are held to the terms you agreed to with both companies. You are not entitled automatically to a refund because you had personal things go wrong.
