I've had to modify a resv by a couple hours because of an arrival time. The total increased a little because of the extra 2 hours we had the car, but not the base rate.

Thanks for all of the reply, I was able to talk to Enterprise at Ogg was told they will hold the car 4 hours from time of pickup on reservation. They can't change the pickup time either, rate will be needed to be recalculated. I think showing up within an hour or two is reasonable. Report inappropriate content.

Mark you don't have to worry, Avis will hold your car for at least 4 hours after your scheduled pickup time and usually longer.
