Hi everyone. I need some advice as to what car rental company to choose for collection at LA airport. There is an early bird special on at the moment for payment prior to Dec 31 2014 for our 3 week California road trip in June 2015.
2. Re: Which Rental Car Companies Are Easiest at Airport. All car rental facilities at LAX are off-site, and you will need to take a shuttle from the terminal to get to one. I would stick with the major firms - Avis, Budget, Enterprise, Hertz, National, Thrifty.

You can drop at any number of hotels in Las Vegas including Bellagio, Planet Hollywood, Venetian etc. Be sure to note on the form that you are UK citizen because the rates will be lower.

You'll likely need to pay for uber/taxi from the place you return the car to your hotel and then take another from your hotel to the airport. That's going to be $30-$40 (guesstimate depending on what you take) at least with tip.

There is one shuttle bus from the airport that takes everyone to the same facility. Just use one of the major companies and you will be fine; Avis, Hertz, Dollar, National, Budget, Thrifty, Alamo.
