5. Re: Uber vs Renting a car. Jun 6, 2024, 7:19 PM. Hertz or Budget/Avis have weekend rates under $50 a day (less with AAA) and you'd be able to get around and see a lot more for basically the price of a couple daily Uber rides. So it depends on the parking charge at your hotel I guess.
Uber for 5 days or rent a car. 8 years ago. going to Vegas for my 30th Bday but when we started planning, we didn't realize it was during spring break/Easter week. We usually rent a car as I have been able to find really great deals $50-85 for 3-5 days. Renting a car is costing around $150 from Mon-Friday now.
