Check the same two flights for today (flight status) and see what terminals they used. We did it once, with United (BOS-IAD, then IAD-GRU). As noted, probably just a matter of walking between terminals, but if the domestic is on a commuter jet you might conceivably land at the main terminal and have to go to a midfield terminal for your departure.
