Avoid Thrifty in the San Juan Airport. Poor service and cheaters with hidden up charges. If you refuse their damage insurance they will put a $500 hold on your CC / or debit. They are obliged to remove that hold once the vehicle is returned intact. They do not. Thrifty has no customer service resolution department.
I reserved a rental car reservation through AAA Texas on July 7, 2024, that was to be provided by Thrifty Rental at the Orlando International Airport.
