    This is an interesting statement. If you do the math you'll find that the SBerbank "spread" between the buy and sell rates is 2%, in other words they make 1 % off of every buy and sell transaction. Now IN THEORY you can beat that rate by as much as 1 percent if you find a money changer who works for free, but what are the chances?
