Thanks. 1. Re: Calling 1-888 number FROM Canada to Mexico. Only an initial thought but I worked for the phone company for over two decades and 888 numbers have ALWAYS been designated as "US Toll-Free Numbers." To my knowledge, NO 888 numbers (or 800 number-series, et al) are maintained by TelMex.
