Weather then is erratic and temps can cover a wide spectrum so averages aren't really of much use to you. Unless you're lucky and catch a warm spell it will probably be too cold for the pool. Your best option is to check the forecast as you're about to pack and to dress in easily removed layers once you arrive.
Weather is never consistent or the same day-to-day or year-to-year. If weather is really a huge issue, then come a different time. End of Feb will still be chilly and unlikely to be shorts weather. Mid-late March can be 60-85 degrees during the day. Some of that is probably shorts weather, some not.
The average low temp-63, with a range from the 40s to the 70s. Unless you are going to Vegas in July/August when you will experience very high temps- it is always best to bring some clothes that can be layered so you will be prepared for anything. Always bring a light jacket/sweater.
