1 year ago. We took 4 long haul flights international with AC in September/October last year. It was on a 3 month RTW trip where we used 8 other international airlines all also long haul. Air Canada was the worst by a long shot. Food and on board service were abysmal.
1 year ago. If you fly with BA you will be able to claim on their EC 261 if somethign goes sideways. It provides more protection for the passenger than the APPR with Air Canada (although with AC, the EC 261 would apply on the return portion as it's leaving from the UK). I would go with BA myself. Air Canada customer care email. I can’t find an email address for Air Canada to plead my case for a credit voucher or partial refund on a non refundable ticket. The flight doesn’t leave until next week but unfortunately my daughter’s appendix left today. I phoned the 800 number and she said to email, but failed to give me the email address.
