Overnight in Toronto airport. 6 years ago. Will be travelling from Halifax NS to Raleigh NC with a layover at Toronto Pearson (arr about 10:00 pm and then fly out at 7:45 am the next morning to Raleigh NC. American citizen w/passport. My original idea was to book a nearby hotel w. shuttle and return to the airport after 6:00.
The airport isn't closed overnight, but you can't remain in the airside areas overnight. That's just an awful connection. If you went to a hotel, you won't even have 3 hours to sleep there.
